Our pet fish died last Wednesday, 23rd of April 2008. Its been alive for almost 2 years. We're happy since we thought it already lived its life span to the fullest, but still, I'm a little bit sad... Fifi was given to me by Kenneth (a friend and colleague, who by the way is saying goodbye to his bachelor life hahaha joke. He's going to marry his long-time pretty and kind girlfriend Vina :D) when we were still assigned at a client for an implementation with Lina and Ging.
Too bad I wasn't able to find the picture I took when it was still alive and active (since I have no camera then, I just took a picture using my phone but I don't remember where I stored if after :'( ).
Fifi is a fighting fish. It's easier to maintain this type of fish since it can live in an ordinary fishbowl. Anyways, I already told this to Ken and he promised that he'll give me another one when he comes back from Malaysia. (yehey!)

Visita Iglesia 2008 (March 20)
Visita Iglesia (Church Visit) is one of the Holy Week activities we do observe almost every year. Together with the gang (Nanay Ning and her 2 friends, Ate Nems, Lyn and I), we went to 7 different churches around Bulacan (Philippines) for the adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.
I took these pictures using my handy-dandy baby N80 (but I'm still wishing that it's an N93i though hehehe). Pardon for the quality...
First stop: Malolos Cathedral

Second stop: Barasoain Church (Malolos, Bulacan)
Who says anything about separation of Church and State? They may be combined somehow as you can see in this picture :P (not to mention the bickering of the government officials and the Church leaders hahaha.. ooops..)
Third stop: St. James the Apostle (Plaridel, Bulacan)
Isn't it ironic that Lenten Season is celebrated but the facade of the Church is outlined with Christmas lights? Hehe, just wondering...

Fourth stop: St. Augustine Parish (Baliuag, Bulacan)
This is how the 10 commandments is presented at this Church. Nice nuh? :D

Fifth stop: Immaculada Concepcion (Sta. Maria, Bulacan)

Sixth stop: Divine Mercy Shrine (Marilao, Bulacan)

Seventh stop: St. Martin of Tours Parish Church (Bocaue, Bulacan)
This is our parish and the last leg of the Visit. By the way, it was already 12:30am when we arrived here so I officially turned 26 while on the road :D

My Visual DNA
I found this entry on Ate Nems' blog and decided to try it, too. Below is the summary of my profile:
*MOOD: Easy Rider - Always taking life how it comes, and living in the moment. They don't get fazed by life... they just breeze through.*
*FUN: Escape Artist - They are forever slipping off, getting away from the rat race, and recharging those batteries. Independent, and thoughtful - they know themselves well.*
*HABITS: Puritan Wave - They are strict, organised and ever so neat - they practice the art of self-discipline. They like things done simply but with an eye for detail.*
*LOVE: Love Bug - They are the type to fall in love a thousand times a day. Their feelings snowball quickly, and they are full of passion.* -- I don't really know about this yet hehe

Movie Review: Horton Hears a Who (04.07.2008)
Hilarious.. I can't contain myself from laughing out loud (*sorry*) in the cinema while watching this movie and hearing the song 'Can't Fight This Feeling'. The rendition of the song was so unexpected thus making me laugh uncontrollably.
Everyone is entitled to be a child at heart once in while (or everytime in my case haha)
Thanks Ate Nems :D
